William Benjamin Smith
A frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education in the areas of civil trial practice. Mr. Smith has practiced exclusively in the area of Plaintiff's personal injury litigation since 1979 having conducted trials and hearings in more than 30 counties in the State of North Carolina as well as participating in cases out of state on a Pro Hac Vice basis. He has argued before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of North Carolina, and the 4th Circuit U.S. Court Appeals.
